Benefit of the HCS Music Program

The Café was transformed into a ballroom March 4 as students, parents, and community members danced to the music of the Tall Granite Big Band of Concord all for the benefit of the HCS Music Program.  The more than $1,800 raised will be used to repair the school’s many broken instruments and purchase much needed supplies such as reeds, mouthpieces and cases for the school’s music program. “Everyone on this stage is product of a school music program,” said David Dustin, manager of the band, stressing the importance of music education.  The evening was made possible by the sponsorship of Robert and Rebecca Maccini.
